How to Order

You can place an order in any one of three ways;

  1. By credit or debit card online, simply click add to basket on any one of the paintings - your order and payment details are collected securely and are processed manually. All information is highly encrypted to the highest of web standards.
  2. By telephone using a credit or debit card on 01274 589053. An answerphone facility is available if I am unavailable.
  3. By post. Using our online ordering facility choose cheque or postal order option when you are at the checkout, it will provide you with details on how to print and send your order.

Postage
UK postage is included with all orders. Overseas customers will be charged £5.00 towards air mail costs. 

Delivery Policy
Unmounted prints are usually sent within 3 working days of receiving the order & payment. Framed prints and originals are usually sent within 7 days of receiving the order & payment. We do not send framed prints to addresses outside the UK and Ireland.

If an original is being paid for in installments, the painting will be sent as soon as the final payment is received. All prices quoted include 2nd class postage/economy parcel rate. Allow up to 5 working days. If customers wish to pay the extra for guaranteed next day delivery, please contact the address or telephone number above to arrange this.

Refund, replacement and cancellation terms
Items are always sent well packaged. In the unlikely event of pictures or frames arriving damaged, a replacement or refund - whichever you prefer - will be provided as long as the damaged goods can be made available for inspection / collection.
Cancellations on orders for unmounted prints will be accepted at any time prior to the print being posted. We cannot accept cancellations on orders for framed prints once the mount and frame have been made.
